Step 1: Concept & Requirements

Every custom bottle starts with your vision. Share your ideas — sketches, reference photos, or even competitor bottles you admire. Key specs we'll define together:

• Neck finish type (PCO 1810, 24-410, 38-400, etc.)
• Shape and profile preferences
• Color (clear, amber, white, custom)
• Special features (grip panels, embossing, labeling areas)

Step 2: Mold Design & Engineering

Our engineering team creates detailed 3D CAD models of your bottle. You'll receive renders for approval before any tooling begins. We optimize the design for:

• Structural integrity and top-load strength
• Efficient material usage (preform weight optimization)
• Compatibility with filling and labeling equipment
• Visual appeal and shelf presence

Step 3: Mold Manufacturing

Once approved, we manufacture precision aluminum or steel blow molds at our Tijuana facility. Typical mold production takes 3–4 weeks.

Step 4: Sampling & Approval

We produce initial samples from your custom mold for testing. You can verify dimensions, aesthetics, and compatibility with your closures and filling lines before committing to a full production run.

Step 5: Production & Delivery

With your approval, we move to full production. Our blow-molding lines can produce thousands of bottles per hour. Finished bottles are palletized and shipped from our facility — with San Diego just across the border, US delivery is fast.
